1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing ph333z at ph333z.org, creating an account, or placing any wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," or "your") and ph333z ("ph333z," "we," "us," or "our").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of ph333z. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

2 Definitions

• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's ph333z account, including cash balance and any applicable bonus balance.

3 Eligibility & Registration

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph333z account credentials, including your username and password. ph333z strongly recommends the following security practices:

• Use a unique password not used on any other platform or service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if offered on your account.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members.
• Log out of your account on shared or public devices after each session.

ph333z will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. 5 Deposits & Payments

ph333z accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI bank transfer, BDO bank transfer, USDT (cryptocurrency), and Coins.ph.

The following conditions apply to all deposits made on ph333z:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for e-wallet transactions (GCash, Maya, GrabPay) and ₱500 for bank transfers.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be returned and may result in account suspension.
• E-wallet deposits (GCash, Maya) are credited to your ph333z balance instantly upon successful transaction confirmation.
• Bank transfer processing times may vary depending on your bank and transfer timing. ph333z is not responsible for delays caused by your financial institution.
• ph333z does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• ph333z reserves the right to reject any deposit at its discretion, particularly where money laundering or fraud is suspected.

All funds deposited on ph333z are held in segregated player fund accounts and are not commingled with ph333z's operational funds. These funds are used exclusively to satisfy player withdrawal obligations.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on ph333z are subject to the following terms:

1. All withdrawals require completion of KYC identity verification before processing. Players who have not completed KYC will be required to submit valid government-issued identification before any withdrawal is approved.
2. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically feasible. ph333z does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
3. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for e-wallet withdrawals and ₱1,000 for bank transfers.
4. Withdrawal requests submitted before 5:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST) on business days are typically processed within the same business day. Requests submitted after this time will be processed on the next business day, subject to verification status.
5. ph333z reserves the right to request additional verification documentation prior to approving any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where account activity appears unusual.
6. Bonus balances that have not satisfied the applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

ph333z offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonuses are offered at ph333z's sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before the bonus amount or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are specified in each promotion's individual terms, typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x wagering means a ₱500 bonus must be wagered ₱10,000 before withdrawal).
• Only wagers placed using real money (not bonus funds) count toward satisfying wagering requirements, unless otherwise specified.

• Bonuses claimed through fraudulent activity, multiple accounts, or coordinated abuse will be forfeited in their entirety, and the accounts involved will be closed.

8 Gameplay Rules

All games offered on ph333z are governed by the rules established by the respective game provider (JILI Games, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Spadegaming, and others). ph333z does not alter game logic, RTP settings, or RNG outputs from those certified by the provider.

The following gameplay rules apply across all ph333z titles:

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ph333z. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension and may result in forfeiture of all balances:

• Opening or using multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions, claim multiple bonuses, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading identity information during registration or KYC verification.

• You have provided false or misleading identity information.
• ph333z is required to do so by applicable law, court order, or regulatory directive.
• Your account has been inactive for a period exceeding 24 consecutive months.

You may request voluntary closure of your ph333z account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, your remaining real money balance (after deduction of any unresolved bonus obligations) will be refunded to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
